Driven International win Recruitment and Retention Leader award at New Civil Engineer Awards

16 July 2024

Praised by the judges for our “people first” approach, Driven International are delighted to have won the Recruitment and Retention Leader award at the New Civil Engineer Awards, reflecting the passion and commitment displayed by our entire team.

We are hugely proud of this achievement, and our strategy for planned, structured and organic growth has contributed to a 95% staff retention at Driven since inception in 2015.

The judges were particularly impressed at our career path development plans which define transparent skills and packages to our staff, across various roles and areas of the company. Alongside our core values, the judges commented that these “act as a reminder of the forward-thinking and positive organisation they work for”.

In addition to winning the Recruitment and Retention Leader award, we were also Highly Commended in the Best Place to Work – SME Consulting Firm category, with Driven highlighted as “a great advert for what a career in Civil Engineering can be”.

The New Civil Engineer Awards are an annual recognition and celebration of the most innovative, impactful and inspirational firms operating in the Civil Engineering sector, and there were over 140 entries for the 2024 awards, reviewed by a panel of over 70 expert judges.

The winners were celebrated by more than 400 leading industry figures at a gala ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
