For venues with a membership offering, the clubhouse is often the social heart of the destination. We create inviting spaces in which to relax, socialise and revitalise, with the opportunity for members to own prime real estate at exciting new destinations.

Clubhouses

We think carefully about customer journeys and the type of facilities that are expected for high end facilities and clubhouses, from the ideal placement of core facilities such as a restaurant and viewing balconies through to more bespoke offerings such as gyms, pools and high-performance centres.

Condos

For our projects with an offering of condos, we design them to go hand-in-hand with the design of other facilities, resulting in the best viewing opportunities possible and spaces being optimised. We can design condos for a range of types and tiers of exclusivity, often with integrated car storage areas for our driving country club projects.
