Aaron also served as the COO and ultimately as the President of Moroso Motorsports Park and as the Executive VP of the world renowned Monticello Motor Club, north of Manhattan. His experience gives him a unique insight into the day to day operations of a motorsports facility including both the traditional racetrack business model as well as the country club membership model.
When not working on Driven projects, you’ll find Aaron racing go-karts or Miata’s at various tracks around Florida and the U.S.

Graham will provide input and lead designs during site master planning and is able to deliver architectural designs from concept to construction tender stage.
Dan Selby – Creative Designer
Dan Selby started his passion for track design and motor racing through online gaming, and has successfully turned this into a career at Driven after working for many years as a freelance graphic designer, as well as spending time in the education sector.
He joined Driven in early 2017 and is responsible for providing the final “creative” touches to the design work at Driven, bringing to life our design work and enabling clients to fully immerse into their project in a virtual world. Dan can provide clients with video based animations and rendered design images.
In addition to his creative skills, Dan works as a key designer with regards to developing new track layouts and evolving these designs to meet the technical requirements of the FIA or FIM using our in house CAD and simulation software.
Since joining Driven, Dan has co-lead plans for a motorsport and leisure facility in Ogun State, Nigeria, as well as designing the circuit layout itself. He has also contributed on a number of circuit designs at various stages on our projects including Lake Torrent and major projects in Europe and Asia.
Dan is still a keen gamer, Formula One fanatic and a race track encyclopaedia!. No relation to Alan Selby, in case you were wondering!
Jack Kerry – CAD and Simulation Technician
Jack Kerry first joined Driven in 2016 as an administration and marketing assistant whilst studying Media & Games Development. During this time Jack was the creator of the majority of Driven’s marketing outputs, including our website, brochures, press releases and newsletters.
Since then, Jack has progressed into a full-time role as CAD and Simulation Technician, assisting our designers, engineers and architects in creating the required CAD models and technical drawings for our design projects. Using his media and games background, Jack has built our in-house Virtual Reality simulator, which gives Driven the ability to model a destination or race track design into simulations, fly-throughs and immersive virtual models which can be used by our clients around the globe.
Away from his desk, Jack will be found polishing his car for the ultimate “stance” look ahead of the next FordFair!
