Driven are engaged to design ‘Marque One Motor Club’ (MOMC) in the Andhra Pradesh region of India, working with a local and successful business, with links to the engineering and construction sector.
Driven worked on the project to shape the initial design brief, concept and preliminary business plans for MOMC, with the goal of creating a sustainable and world class motor racing resort.
The brief for MOMC is to create a members club for motoring enthusiasts, race drivers and car collectors – a place to eat, drink, socialise and drive at one of the most exciting new developments in India.
The resulting concept plan developed for MOMC combines world leading track design with simplicity and intimacy, offering a motoring destination that will challenge both experienced and amateur drivers, whilst also providing a leisure and social aspect. It is anticipated that the driving facilities will also be a key attraction for driver training and car manufacturer testing or vehicle product launches.
The proposed motoring facilities include a 3.3km FIA Grade 3 circuit, with +/- 40m elevation change, supported by automotive research and development facilities.
The MOMC driving facilities will be complimented by a mix of facilities to entertain guests during non-driving time, whilst also generating long term commercial value for the project.
Other non-driving facilities will include;
- Light industrial / tech / business units
- Serviced apartment accommodation
- Members lounges
- Spa, restaurant and viewing terraces
- Private & secure car storage
- Technical and Medical training facilities
- Conference rooms
- Pit lane garages
