Driven are very pleased to be supporting young rising star, Brodie Trayhorn, who is currently racing in the Superone Karting Series, regarded as the premier karting championship in the UK having produced famous talents including Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and David Coulthard, to name but a few.

Brodie Trayhorn, aged 14 from Salisbury, has achieved remarkable results since his first year of racing in 2015, and his aim is to become a professional GT driver.

After winning local and regional championships in 2015 and 2016 at circuits including Forest Edge, Clay Pigeon Kart Club, he was signed by Lenzo Kart in early 2017. After a successful testing period, he secured championship race wins and podiums in his first time out in the new chassis.

In that season he showed consistent race pace and demonstrated that he is a personable young man who communicates brilliantly and works well with a race team. As a result of his success, he won the Salisbury Sports Journal ‘Sports Personality of the Year 2017’, a superb achievement.

In 2018, Brodie is competing in the British Superone Karting Series in the MiniMax class. After a tough start in the first round, he went on to score a brilliant podium in round 2, and then put in a super performance to win in round 3.

We wish him the best of luck for the rest of the season, and look forward to supporting him in the future!
